Dropvi vs WeTransfer for sending large files free
WeTransfer Free allows up to 10 transfers or 3 GB in any 30-day period, and you need an account to send. Dropvi Free sends up to 50 GB per transfer. You need no account to send a link and your recipient needs none to download, but to have Dropvi email the files you first confirm your email address with a one-time code.
WeTransfer's paid Ultimate plan allows transfers of up to 1 TB each. Dropvi Business Pro allows up to 200 GB per transfer and Teams & Suite up to 1 TB. The table below sets out both services side by side.

Which should you use?
Recipients download without an account on both services. WeTransfer's plan limits page says there is no difference in upload or download speed between a Free account and a paid subscription, so the choice comes down to limits, retention and controls.
