Deliver final files to clients without adverts or sign-ins
When you hand over finished work, your client gets the files without distractions. Dropvi download pages carry no third-party adverts, and recipients never create an account or sign in.
On the free plan you can send up to 50 GB per transfer and, once you confirm your email address, get an email when the first download starts. Business Pro adds a PIN or password and download limits.

How a handover works
- Add the final files at dropvi.com. You do not need an account to send a link.
- On Business Pro, set a PIN or password if the work is confidential. Add a download limit only if your client does not need previews, because a limit turns them off.
- Confirm your email address with a one-time code to get an email when your client's first download starts.
- Send the link to your client. They open it, preview supported files and download single files or one ZIP.
- The link stays available for up to 7 days on Free, or up to 30 days on Business Pro and Teams & Suite. Tell your client the date.

Limits to know before you rely on it
- The branded subdomain is yourname.dropvi.com. Dropvi is not a white-label service.
- Files uploaded on a branded subdomain are not linked to your workspace, so do not use it to collect uploads from clients.
- Previews do not cover Office documents, and they are turned off when a download limit is set.
- You get one email when the first download starts, not an email for every download.

Does my client need an account to download?
No. Recipients never sign in. They open the link, enter the PIN or password if you set one, and download.
Will my client see adverts on the download page?
No. Dropvi shows no adverts on its upload or download pages.
How do I know my client has started downloading?
Confirm your email address with a one-time code when you send. Dropvi emails you once, when the first download starts.
Can clients upload files to me through my branded subdomain?
No. Business Pro and above give you a branded subdomain with your logo, name, headline and backdrop, but files uploaded there are not linked to your workspace. Ask clients to send you a Dropvi link instead.
Can I restrict who opens a transfer?
On Business Pro and above, add a PIN or password and give it to your client separately from the link. You can also set a download limit, which turns previews off for that transfer.
